The e-mail address that you registered may be invalid or misspelled. In such a case, the confirmation email required for your subscription will not reach you. For this reason, you should use a valid e-mail address. If you have typed your e-mail address correctly, but the confirmation e-mail has not arrived yet, your e-mail provider may have sent it to the 'junk', 'bulk' or 'spam' folder in your inbox. You can add products from different promotions to your cart and purchase them with a single shipping fee. You cannot add products to an order you have already paid for. However, by cancelling your order, you can create a new order and add the missing products. You can have all products sent to your address in the same shipment.
- If the product campaign you are ordering is still in progress; you can cancel your order and place a new order. If the campaign is finished and your order has not yet been delivered to cargo; you can cancel your order. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you have to accept the cargo and make a return. When your order is canceled, the price of order is reflected to your credit card by your bank in your first extract. The duration of the refund may vary depending on the bank.

The order you place is sent for shipment based on the delivery time of the products it contains. The delivery time is seven business days. We do not send shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. You can track your orders in the My Account‘section under the My Orderstab. However, obstructive factors such as severe weather conditions can delay your shipment.
The products you have added to your cart are not reserved. As long as the product is available for sale, it can be stored in your cart. .

Shipping will be free for purchases over 75 TRY on the Madame Coco website. For your orders below 75 TRY in Turkey, you will be charged as 8,90 TRY.
When you receive your order, you must check if there are tears, dampness, crushed components or similar problems in the package.
We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same products reflected on the invoice.
* Notices of missing/damaged products after receiving the package might be rejected upon review as no official record was retained or prepared at the moment of delivery.
We would always recommend you select the delivery method most convenient to you.
If you are not available to accept delivery, our carrier will leave a calling card (where possible) informing you where your parcel has been left. If they have been unable to deliver, a second attempt will be made the following working day. As stated in our terms and conditions page a signature is not required for delivery and our carrier has the right to deliver your parcel in a location considered safe or with a neighbour. After three failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned and an automatic refund will be processed. Please note this can take up to 15 working days. We cannot stop this process once it has begun or reship your order.Your orders undergo a packaging process according to the sensitivity of the products. The fragile items are wrapped with a special protective paper and a special nylon air balloons, and fixed in an extra package. So, the fragile products are reduced to the minimum level of damage. Products such as home textiles are shipped with special Madame Coco packages or never-seen-through cargo bags.

You can return your purchased product within 14 days from the date you received it.

- You can return the products within 14 days after they arrive at your address.
The time allowed to return a resaleable product you wish to return for any reason is 14 days.

When you receive your package, please open it and make sure the products and their contents are complete and undamaged. In the event of any complications, return the product by having the postal worker keep an official record. If you do not have your own address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the shipping address after checking their picture ID and obtaining a signature.
The entire amount of your purchase is refunded in instalments to your credit card as determined by your bank. However, the amount refunded by your bank reflects on your credit card in instalments.
