It has been prepared in order to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer, protection and information security of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation in line with the importance we give to your personal data as Deha Mağazacılık Ev Tekstili Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi  ("Madame Coco") as the data controller, the Clarification Text regarding the Processing of Personal Data ("Clarification Text").

Madame Coco will be able to collect your personal data via our Company's website, mobile applications and verbal, written or electronic means, by automatic or non-automatic methods.

Your collected personal data will be retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or as required for the purpose for which they were processed, in connection with the purpose for which they were processed.

Regarding your personal data, your rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data are as follows:

Ø  To obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,

Ø  To know the third parties to whom Madame Coco has transferred your personal data domestically or abroad,

Ø  To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

Ø  To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data,

Ø  To request that the actions taken be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred if you request the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data.

Ø  To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Ø  Getting a copy of your personal data

Ø  To request the compensation of the damage if you think that your personal data is processed unlawfully and for this reason is damaged.
