DELIVERY TERMS
After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the shipping company to be sent to the delivery address specified within 5-10 business days.
Delivery times and conditions may vary in cases arising from the buyer (not being at the address, not having the authority to receive the delivery, the buyer has moved from the address, etc.). The cargo tracking process will start when your order is shipped. You can reach the cargo tracking number required for the tracking of your order by clicking on the relevant order in the "All Orders" section under the My Account menu heading or directly from the "Order Tracking" link on the main page of www.madamecoco.com.
You can receive your order from the cargo officer by signing with an Identity Card.
After the order has been placed, the delivery person and address information cannot be changed. Please fill in your address information (neighborhood, street, building / apartment number, etc.) completely to make your delivery correct and easy.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHILE RECEIVING THE CARGO:
Please open the shipping box when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of delivery of damaged or missing products, be sure to keep a record of the cargo officer and return the product without receiving it. If necessary, you can get support by contacting our Customer Service on 0850 532 33 00. If the person who will receive the delivery is not present at the address, your order is delivered to the person at the delivery address after the picture ID is checked and signed.
SHIPPING PROCESS
• All packages in deliveries to the address are made to you by means of the contracted courier company .
• You must provide in full your address information (address, street, neighbourhood, avenue) so that your delivery can be made accurately and easily.
• The monitoring processes will begin when your order is given for delivery. You can reach the package tracking number necessary to follow your order by clicking above the relevant order in the “My Orders” section under the “My Account” menu heading.
