Madame Coco Prestige is a loyalty program that offers exclusive opportunities and privileges to its members.

By becoming a Madame Coco Prestige member, you can enjoy numerous privileges valid on www.madamecoco.com, the Madame Coco mobile app, the Madame Coco Prestige app, and in Madame Coco stores.

You can complete your membership by filling out our Madame Coco Prestige Membership Form on the website www.madamecoco.com, through the Madame Coco mobile app, or at our stores. Joining Madame Coco Prestige is completely free, but you must be 18 years old to become a member.

Individuals who are 18 years old and reside in Turkey can become members. Corporate customers are not included in the program.

Only individual customers who are members of the Madame Coco Prestige program can benefit from the privileges provided by the program. Corporate customers are not included in the program.

After becoming a Madame Coco Prestige member, you will earn points on your purchases made at our stores, on www.madamecoco.com.tr, and via the Madame Coco mobile app, according to your current tier.

You can use the points you earn as a discount on your first purchase after the return period (30 days) has expired.

The return period is the time required for the points you earned from your purchases to be credited to your account as a TL discount. This period is 30 days.

Our program consists of three tiers:

Rose: This tier includes customers who spend between 1,500 TL and 19,999 TL within one calendar year. Customers in this tier earn 2% points based on their invoice amounts.

Silver: This tier includes customers who spend between 20,000 TL and 39,999 TL within one calendar year. Customers in this tier earn 5% points based on their invoice amounts.

Gold: This tier includes customers who spend over 40,000 TL within one calendar year. Customers in this tier earn

10% points based on their invoice amounts.

Members who make purchases totaling 1,499 TL or less within a calendar year will not be included in the Rose, Silver, or Gold segments and will not earn points. These members will be evaluated solely under Prestige member status.

It refers to the period from January 1 to December 31.

1. You will start earning points with your first purchase of 1,500 TL or more after your membership. The points you earn will become active after 30 days and can be used as a discount on your subsequent purchases.

1. To become a Madame Coco Prestige member and start earning points, your annual spending within one calendar year must be 1,500 TL or more. Once you exceed this spending amount, you will be placed in the Rose tier and can start earning points on every purchase. If you make no purchases, or if your total spending within one calendar year after becoming a Madame Coco Prestige member is below 1,500 TL, you will not be placed in any tier and will not be able to benefit from tier privileges.

To earn points, your first purchase after becoming a Madame Coco Prestige member must be 1,500 TL or more. In-store bag (shopping bag) charges listed on the invoice will not be included in point calculations.

If you are a member of the Madame Coco Online website, you can log in to Madame Coco Prestige via our website and view your transaction history, earned points, membership level, and exclusive benefits on the “My Profile” page. If you are a member of the Madame Coco Prestige app, you can also access the same information through the “My Profile” page. If you are not a member, you can obtain this information by calling the Madame Coco Call Center at 0850 532 33 00.

You can use the points you have earned as a discount on www.madamecoco.com, in Madame Coco stores, and on the mobile app. For in-store purchases, simply provide the phone number associated with your membership at the checkout. On madamecoco.com or the mobile app, log in to your account and select your Madame Coco Prestige discount at the checkout step.

There are no limits for using the points.

Your points are valid for one calendar year starting from the date your Madame Coco Prestige membership begins. At the end of the membership year, all points will be reset, and a new membership year will start.

Customers who become members of Madame Coco Prestige will have their status determined based on their total spending and number of purchases over the past year from their membership date, granting them access to discounts and other privileges specific to their status.

1. Members who spend between 1,500 TL and 19,999 TL will be placed in the Rose tier,
2. Members who spend between 20,000 TL and 39,999 TL will be placed in the Silver tier,
3. Members who spend 40,000 TL or more will be placed in the Gold tier.

Customers will be assigned to the relevant tier once they meet the total invoice (spending) requirement.

Yes. If a customer does not meet the total spending requirement, they will be downgraded to a lower tier. However, the downgrade will only take place after the completion of one calendar year of the Madame Coco Prestige membership.

1 point is equivalent to 1 TL.

Each tier has a different multiplier. In the Rose tier, it is 2%; in the Silver tier, 5%; and in the Gold tier, 10%. The points a customer earns are calculated by multiplying the total amount of their invoice for that purchase by the multiplier of their tier. Returns are also taken into account (i.e., points earned from returned items will be deducted).

After becoming a Madame Coco Prestige member:

1. Until the customer’s total spending within one calendar year reaches 1,500 TL or more, the customer will be considered only a Prestige member and will not be included in any tier.
2. If the customer’s total spending within one calendar year is between 1,500 TL and 19,999 TL, points will be calculated at 2% after the return period (30 days) and credited to their account.
3. If the customer’s total spending within one calendar year is between 20,000 TL and 39,999 TL, points will be calculated at 5% after the return period (30 days) and credited to their account.
4. If the customer’s total spending within one calendar year is 40,000 TL or more, points will be calculated at 10% after the return period (30 days) and credited to their account.

There will be no physical card for Madame Coco Prestige. Your membership will proceed as a virtual membership, with your GSM number provided during registration serving as your membership ID number.

In case of cancellations and returns, your points will be automatically reloaded. If the points balance turns negative, the system will reset the points to zero and calculate the remaining balance to be charged in TL.

Corporate customers and individual customers under the age of 18 cannot become members of Madame Coco Prestige and, therefore, will not be able to benefit from Prestige privileges.

You can use your Madame Coco Prestige Points to pay for the total amount, including the shipping fee.
