If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, along with the invoice, free of charge via PTT Cargo.

For products purchased through our website, you can exchange them at any MADAME COCO store within 14 days. For exchanges, the products must be unopened, in sellable condition, and presented with the invoice.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for cosmetics and personal care products that have been opened, tested, or used, and are in a condition that cannot be resold.
