The first step is, to initiate your return request from the 'Returns' section of the 'My Orders' page. Next, scan the QR code above or

which will take you directly to the DPD website where you can easily reserve your return. Once you have made your reservation, print out your DPD parcel label with the tracking barcode.

Make sure to securely pack your item. Then, please attach the tracking label to your returns parcel along with the item.

You can drop off your parcel at a local DPD Parcel Shop. You can find details about your nearest shop on www.DPD.com by selecting your country and searching for address and/or postal code.

You can also use this Tracking Barcode on the DPD website to track your parcel's return journey.
