If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them free of charge within 14 days from the date you received them, provided that they are unused, in their original packaging, and with the invoice. After logging into Madame Coco website and creating a return request on My Orders page, you can book your return on DPD and take the product to DPD Parcel Shop. Returns of cosmetics and personal care products are not accepted if the packaging has been opened, tested, used, or if the products are in an unsellable condition.
